1. Shipping Coverage
We ship nationwide across Egypt. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that we do not process or deliver orders on Fridays or public holidays.
3. Shipping Fees

A flat shipping fee of EGP 70 applies to all orders.

Free shipping is available for orders totaling EGP 10,000 or more.
Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame, please report the issue within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will assist in resolving the issue promptly.
